Insurances Accepted

We currently accept most private care insurance plans. We will bill your insurance company on your behalf. Please remember dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company, so we recommend that you verify your coverage and eligibility by calling your insurer. We are in network with Connection Dental Network, a behind-the-scenes network that works with your insurance company to negotiate fees. We are no longer participating with Dentemax.

Currently, we are out of network with Companion Life, Cigna, BCBS of MI Medicare, FEP, ADN Administrator, UHC, and UHC MI Complete. Please be aware this list can change which is why we recommend that you contact your insurance provider. We still welcome out-of-network patients at our office. For these patients, we will collect in full at the time of service, and you will get reimbursed your portion directly from your insurance company.  If you would like to view our insurance policy in detail, please review our Financial Policy.

Payment Options

We accept cash, checks (for existing patients with an established payment history) and all major credit cards. We also accept CareCredit, the healthcare financing credit card – learn more and apply below.
